Steps to request authorization for a research period abroad:
1. Obtain approval from the Academic Board to do the research period abroad.
The Academic Board or, in urgent cases, the coordinator can grant authorisation. To apply, the PhD student must submit the required form to the coordinator at least two months before departure, along with the acceptance letter from the host organisation. Once the documentation is received, the coordinator will seek the approval of the Academic Board.
